    ૭૫ વર્ષની વૃદ્ધાને પેન્શનના માત્ર ૭૫૦ રૂપિયા લેવા ૩ કિ.મી. પહાડ પર ચઢી જવુ પડ્યું

    રાજસ્થાનના સિરોહી જિલ્લાના આબુરોડ પર નેટવર્કની સૌથી મોટી સમસ્યા છે. અહીં ભાખર વિસ્તારના ગામોમાં રાશન અને પેન્શન માટે આદિવાસીઓને ભારે પરેશાનીનો સામનો કરવો પડી રહ્યો છે. આ વિસ્તારના રતોરા ફળી ગામમાં ગુરુવારે એક ૭૫ વર્ષની મહિલાને ખાટલામાં બેસાડીને ૩.કિ.મી પહાડ ચઢીને ગયા બાદ ૭૫૦ રૂપિયાનું પેન્શન મળી શક્યું હતું.

    આબુરોડના ભાખર વિસ્તારમાં ૨૪ ગામોમાં નેટવર્કની સૌથી મોટી મુસીબત છે. આ વિસ્તારોમાં જાયદરા, ઉપલા, ટાકિયા, નિચલા ટાકિયા, ખેજડા, ઉપલા ખેજડા, દાનબોર, પાબા, રણોરા, ભમરિયા, બુજા, જામબુડી, બોસા, કલોરા, ઉપલીબોર, નિચલીબોર, મીણ, મીનતલેટી, રાડા, મથારા, ફલી, વેરાફલી અને કયારી જેવા ગામોમાં હજુ પણ નેટવર્કની મોટી સમસ્યા છે. તમે વિચાર કરો કે માત્ર ૭૫૦ રૂપિયા મેળવવા માટે પરિવારજનોએ ૩.કિ.મી ખાટલા પર પહાડી વિસ્તારમાં જવું પડે તો કેટલી મુશ્કેલી પડી હશે. પરિવારજનોએ ૩ કિ.મી જતા જતા વચ્ચે વચ્ચે અટકી જઇને આગળ વધવું પડ્યું હતું. હકિકતમાં, પોસ્ટમેન આધાર ઇનેબલ્ડ મશીન લઇને પેન્શનનની ચુકવણી કરવા માટે રતોરા ગામ પહોંચ્યો હતો, પરંતુ નેટવર્ક મળ્યું જ નહી. એવા સંજાેગોમાં મોતરી ગરાસિયા નામની ૭૫ વર્ષની મહિલાને પરિવારજનોએ ખાટલાંમાં સુવડાવીને પહાડી પર લઇ ગયા હતા. પોસ્ટમેન પણ તેમની સાથે ચાલતો ચાલતો ગયો હતો. પોસ્ટમેન વચ્ચે વચ્ચે કનેકિટવિટી ચેક કરતો રહેતો હતો, પરુંત છેક ૩ કિ.મી પહાડ ચઢ્યા પછી નેટવર્ક મળ્યું અને તે પછી અંગુઠો લગાવીને પોસ્ટમેને પેન્શનની ચુકવણી કરી.

    રાજસ્થાનના ગામમાં રહેતી એક ૭૫ વર્ષની મહિલાના પેન્શન મેળવવા માટે પરિવારે જે મહેનત કરવી પડી છે તે સાંભળીને તમે દંગ રહી જશો. પેન્શનનની ચુકવણી કરવા આવેલા પોસ્ટમેનને નેટવર્ક ન મળ્યું તો માત્ર નેટવર્ક મેળવવા માટે ૭૫ વર્ષની મહિલાને ખાટલામાં બેસાડીને ૩ કિ.મી. ઉપર પહાડી વિસ્તારમાં લઇને જવી પડી. ૩ કિ.મી. ઉપર ગયા પછી નેટવર્ક મળ્યું ત્યારે પોસ્ટમેન પેન્શનની ચુકવણી મહિલાને કરી શક્યો. ભલે ટેકનોલોજી કે અનેક બાબતોમાં આપણે આગળ હોવાની વાત કરીએ પણ આજે પણ દુરદરાજ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા ગામડાંઓની સ્થિતિ કફોડી છે. આ તો નેટવર્કની વાત થઇ પણ અનેક ગામડાઓમાં નથી હોસ્પિટલ કે નથી એમ્બ્યુલન્સની સુવિધા. કેટલાંક ગામડાઓમાં મોતને ભેટનાર લોકોને શબવાહિનીના અભાવે લારીમાં મૃતદેહ લઇને જતા હોવાના સમાચાર સાંભળીએ છીએ.
